Weddings We Plan Across South Asian Cultures

South Asian is not one tradition, it’s many. We plan each with the specific rituals, timing, vendors and cuisine it calls for.

South Asian Destination Weddings — Beyond Dubai

Many of our couples are NRIs or based overseas, planning a South Asian wedding remotely, and we manage the entire celebration on the ground, wherever it takes place. Across the UAE, from Dubai to Abu Dhabi to Ras Al Khaimah, we design heat-managed setups with indoor alternatives that keep guests comfortable through the celebration. In Thailand, Phuket, Koh Samui and Krabi, we plan beachfront pheras and tropical resort weddings with weather contingencies built in from the start. Across India, in Udaipur, Jaipur, Goa, Kerala and Mumbai, we deliver royal palace and resort celebrations with monsoon and logistics backups planned well in advance. And in Sri Lanka, Mexico, Cyprus, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman, we handle full destination management wherever you choose to say “I do.”

What ties every one of these together is preparation. Each destination wedding is backed by genuine contingency planning, weatherproofing, indoor backups and vendor redundancy secured before a problem ever has the chance to arise, so distance and the unexpected are never obstacles to your day.

What Full South Asian Wedding Planning Includes

Full planning covers every part of your wedding from the first idea to the last farewell. It begins with venue sourcing and contracting, matched to your guest count, your events and the cultural needs of your celebration. From there we handle ritual and ceremony coordination — arranging pandits or qazis, setting the right muhurat or Nikah timing, and making sure each tradition runs in its correct sequence. Vendor management sits at the heart of it: décor, catering with authentic regional menus, photography, entertainment, and hair and makeup, all vetted and coordinated by our team. Because South Asian guest lists span continents, we also take care of guest logistics and hospitality, travel, accommodation and on-ground care for families arriving from multiple countries. For weddings held in the UAE, we manage the full DTCM permit and legal process, along with guest visa guidance. And on the wedding day itself, we handle all coordination, so you and your families can simply be present.

We typically begin working with couples 6–12 months ahead, though we’ve delivered full weddings in as little as eight weeks when needed.

FAQ's

Which South Asian wedding traditions do you plan?
Indian (Gujarati, Punjabi, South Indian, Marwari, North Indian), Destination, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan and multicultural fusion weddings. We coordinate the specific rituals, timing, cuisine and vendors each tradition requires.
Can I plan a South Asian wedding in Dubai from abroad?
Yes. Most of our couples plan remotely from India, the UK, the US or Canada. We use virtual consultations, mood boards, vendor walkthroughs and regular calls, and handle everything on the ground in Dubai.
Do you plan South Asian destination weddings outside the UAE?
Yes — across Thailand, India, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Cyprus, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman, with full on-ground management and contingency planning for weather and logistics.
How much does a South Asian wedding in Dubai cost?
Planning fees range from around AED 30,000 for partial coordination to AED 500,000+ for full multi-day management, depending on guest count, number of events and décor. You get an itemised breakdown from your first consultation — no hidden fees.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 6–12 months, especially for multi-day South Asian weddings in peak season (October–April), when Dubai's best venues book up fast. If your venue is set, 6 months can work.
